We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us when you receive your order. You can return most products for a 100% refund of the purchase price.
To receive a full refund, returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please notify us before you send any items back. We will provide you with a pre-authorized RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) with any additional instructions.
Items returned without an RMA# will either be refused or you will be charged a 15% fee. If the product was purchased with "Free Shipping" and is returned, the customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways. Only product cost and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees.
For your protection we suggest you send your packages via UPS or FedEx to be sure the item is not damaged or lost in transit. With all returns, please include your RMA#, name, shipping address, and contact numbers.
